Winchester Surgical and Medical Institute (WSMI) leadership team will place emphasis on growth by investing in infrastructure, optimizing efficiencies, and attracting new talent. To achieve the growth ambitions, we will be using the Balanced Scorecard Methodology as our road map. The Balance Scorecard is a strategic planning and management system that is used extensively in business and industry worldwide to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organization, improve internal and external communications, and mirror organization performance against strategic goals.
